Youth Sports Program
This program combines fitness and sports movements to help improve athletic performance. The exercises and activities focus on agility, coordination, endurance, balance, speed, power and strength while promoting a healthy lifestyle and teaching the fundamentals of fitness.

Kids Boxing training at Knockout Fitness is designed to develop strong athletic and motivational skills that your kids will carry throughout their lifetime.
Knockout Fight Team: Our Fight Team Group Training is divided into 4 categories for one low price. We offer Advanced Boxing, MMA Striking, MMA Ground Game & Muay Thai.
Boxing basics with proper form & technique. Three minute rounds, speed bag, heavy bags, jump rope, and one-on-one with instructor drills preparing you for future sparring and competition.
Our MMA Striking Class is the fusion of striking martial arts put together into a dynamic hybrid striking style.
MMA Ground Game:
Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that teaches a smaller person how to defend himself against a larger adversary by using leverage and proper technique.
Basic & Advanced Kick Boxing techniques, striking, clinching, partner drills, along with punching bag combinations.
