Whether you’re a beginner, fitness enthusiast or even a professional athlete, our group training sessions are designed to help you reach your goals. Knockout trainers create workouts that will give you results in strength, power, endurance, and weight loss.

We offer Large Group training memberships to fit your needs. Our memberships give you full access to our MMA, and boxing classes at no additional charge. We also have youth memberships starting at 6 years old.

Our Large Group training offers an explosive total body boxing and kickboxing fitness workout that energize, strengthen and challenge you! Not only are you doing bag work but you will also be doing other group training exercises on athletic turf. For the first time ever, you can now train like a professional athlete. During each class, you'll switch between state of the art air cardio machines and resistance training. The goal is to get you in the best shape of your life through H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) while applying science through Myzone heart rate technology.
